Welcome to our culinary playground!

Whether you bring a friend or make new ones while you’re here, Schoolhaus puts the FUN in cooking fundamentals. So, tie your hair back, slip into some comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes and prepare to jump in!

We provide all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need, including an apron, which you are welcome and encouraged to stain all to hell. Best of all, the homework is delicious!

Meat-free does not mean boring! We’re going to prove it with this high-end vegetarian and vegan dinner-party style class! Learn to prepare these fancy dishes like Amaranth Blinis with Mushroom Ragout, Squash Cassoulet with Caramelized Onions & Roasted Garlic, and Almond Milk Panna Cotta w/ Roasted Strawberry Compote for dessert!

Class Information

With the occasional exception, classes are approximately three hours and $75 + GST. Though refunds are not available, feel free to have some lucky soul 19+ to attend in your place.
