And with that suggestion from one of our regulars at Tangerine: the food bar, we started.
Regina ate it up.
Five years and 300+ classes later, Schoolhaus Culinary Arts was born.
A few years earlier, a man had walked into our first business, Evolution Catering and Fine Foods, and asked, “Do you serve lunch?”
We started. Regina ate it up. And, soon, Tangerine the food bar was born.
Cooking has that kind of power. We call it a “gateway skill”. Learn it, keep at it, and you’ll move on to bigger risks and adventures, in the kitchen and in life.
Our goal is to create the finest, funnest foodie experience for you, our students and friends.
