“Till Death Do Us Part”: Halloweekend Date Night

Forget the candy… this Hallowe’en, we’re serving something decidedly more grown-up. Grab your favourite partner in crime and join us for a darkly delicious evening filled with rich autumn flavours, dramatic colours, and just the right amount of culinary mischief. Costumes optional. Appetite required.

Here’s the menu we’re whipping up: Blackened Pear and Whipped Blue Cheese Crostini with Candied Walnuts and Hot Honey, Peppercorn-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Red Wine Pan Sauce, Crispy Smashed Purple Potatoes with Roasted garlic, Rosemary, and Flaky Salt, Charred Carrots and Beets with Balsamic “Blood” Glaze, Goat Cheese and Fresh Herbs, “Bleeding Heart” Dark Chocolate Lava Cakes with Raspberry Coulis and Vanilla Whipped Cream.

Class price is for two (2) people.

*Taxes will be added to ticket price. Wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
