Whether you bring a friend or make new ones while you’re here, Schoolhaus puts the FUN in cooking fundamentals. So, tie your hair back, slip into some comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes and prepare to jump in!
We provide all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need, including an apron, which you are welcome and encouraged to stain all to hell. Best of all, the homework is delicious!
Take a culinary journey along the shores of the Mediterranean sea with that special someone! Learn classic dishes from the region such as: Mussels with Leeks, Saffron, and Cream, Smoky Spanish Tomato Salad w/ Toasted Breadcrumbs, Butternut Squash Risotto, Shrimp Saganaki, and Pear-Ricotta Gratin.

With the occasional exception, classes are approximately three hours and $75 + GST. Though refunds are not available, feel free to have some lucky soul 19+ to attend in your place.
