Whether you bring a friend or make new ones while you’re here, Schoolhaus puts the FUN in cooking fundamentals. So, tie your hair back, slip into some comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes and prepare to jump in!
We provide all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need, including an apron, which you are welcome and encouraged to stain all to hell. Best of all, the homework is delicious!
This immersive THREE day camp is built for young cooks who are ready to challenge themselves and level up. Over three exciting days, junior chefs will master a mix of global flavours, advanced techniques, and seriously delicious recipes. These include: Honey Berry Grilled Cheese with Brie, Gruyère & Onion Jam, Nut-Free Chicken Satay with Coconut-Tahini Sauce, Pickled Cucumber & Red Onion Salad, Dr. Pepper Brownies, Ramen Carbonara, Chorizo Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Pain Perdu, Pot Roast Tacos w/ Homemade Pico de Gallo, Turkish-Stuffed Flatbread, and more!
Please note: for confident junior cooks aged 10 – 15.

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. No exceptions, please.
With the occasional exception, classes are approximately three hours and $75 + GST. Though refunds are not available, feel free to have some lucky soul 19+ to attend in your place.
