Whether you bring a friend or make new ones while you’re here, Schoolhaus puts the FUN in cooking fundamentals. So, tie your hair back, slip into some comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes and prepare to jump in!
We provide all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need, including an apron, which you are welcome and encouraged to stain all to hell. Best of all, the homework is delicious!
Our new Dinner Party Date Night classes feature incredulous dishes that will impress your guests (and your hun!). This Date Night draws attention to the main course. We’ll teach you and your guest how to prepare this protein properly without skimping on flavour. Dishes include Spinach Salad w/ Mushrooms, Pickled Onions & Warm Bacon Vinaigrette, Garlic-Crusted Rack of Lamb w/ Red Wine Currant Sauce, Sweet Potato & Leek Latkes and Caramel Latte Crème Brulee for dessert!

With the occasional exception, classes are approximately three hours and $75 + GST. Though refunds are not available, feel free to have some lucky soul 19+ to attend in your place.
