We provide all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need, including an apron, which you are welcome and encouraged to stain all to hell. Best of all, the homework is delicious!

Everywhere in Turkey there is delicious food to be sampled and every town and city has a market where you will find a wealth of fresh seasonal produce, such as plump olives and crunchy pickles, pungent spices, and fresh leafy herbs.
We bring all those incredible flavours to you with dishes like Cacik (yogurt dip), Baharatli Zeytinyagi (spicy olive oil dip), Patlican Musakka (eggplant mousaka), and Nohutlu Pilav (rice & chickpea pilaf).

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another couple. No exceptions, please.
COVID POLICIES
Class sizes may be restricted to facilitate social distancing when possible.
Masks are not required but are absolutely welcome.
Increased cleaning and sanitization is being practiced along with increased handwashing
With the occasional exception, classes are approximately three hours and $75 + GST. Though refunds are not available, feel free to have some lucky soul 19+ to attend in your place.
