Whether you bring a friend or make new ones while you’re here, Schoolhaus puts the FUN in cooking fundamentals. So, tie your hair back, slip into some comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes and prepare to jump in!
We provide all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need, including an apron, which you are welcome and encouraged to stain all to hell. Best of all, the homework is delicious!
This class features recipes that made Gordon Ramsay famous. Don’t worry… we won’t yell at you! Dishes include: Pan-Seared Scallops with Mint Pea Puree, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Grapes and Walnuts, Basic Risotto, Beef Wellington with Mushroom Duxelle, Lemon Parfait with Honey Whiskey Sauce and White Chocolate Mousse.

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, 19+. No exceptions, please.
COVID POLICIES
Class sizes have been restricted to 12 participants
All guests and staff must provide proof of vaccination (or negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours) and wear masks when not enjoying food or beverages
Social distancing is encouraged whenever possible
Increased cleaning and sanitization is being practiced along with increased handwashing
With the occasional exception, classes are approximately three hours and $75 + GST. Though refunds are not available, feel free to have some lucky soul 19+ to attend in your place.
