Haus Guest Virtual Cookalong Club with Aimee: Sweater Weather

The air is crisp, the sweaters are out and it’s officially time to put something warm and wonderful on the stove!

In this two-part virtual class, we’ll celebrate fall with the kinds of dishes we crave when the temperature drops. Lesson One is devoted to bubbling pots, comforting flavours, and an easy autumn dessert. In Lesson Two, we’ll turn our attention to Thanksgiving with a collection of recipes designed to make the big meal more manageable – and more delicious.

Lesson One: Cozy Pots & Pans:  Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Stew with Mushrooms and Fresh Herbs, White Bean, Sausage and Kale Soup, Cheddar and Chive Drop Biscuits, Skillet Apple Crisp with Brown Butter Oat Topping.

Lesson Two: The Thanksgiving Table: Dry-Brined Herb and Butter Roasted Turkey Breast, Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy, Sage and Caramelized Onion Stuffing, Maple-Roasted Carrots and Parsnips with Whipped Goat Cheese, Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Warm Whisky Caramel Sauce

Class dates and times: Sunday, September 27th and Sunday, October 4th, 4:00 – 5:30 pm

Within one week of each class, our team will send you the recipes, shopping list, and Zoom link so you’ll have everything you need to whip up a chef-worthy meal in your own kitchen. Cook along with us in real time, ask questions, and learn some cool new things!

Price is per household connection. Taxes added at checkout.

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. No exceptions, please.
