DESCRIPTION:Flour on the counter. Pasta on the stove. A table full of comforting Italian food. Laughter all around. \nIn this Friday evening class\, we’ll step into Nonna’s kitchen and make a rustic Italian dinner completely from scratch. You’ll learn how to mix\, roll\, and shape fresh pasta\, prepare pillowy gnocchi\, and build rich\, comforting sauces the way they’re meant to be made. The menu includes: Antipasto Crostini\, Fresh Pasta Dough\, Creamy Leek and Mushroom Pappardelle\, Baked Gnocchi with Chicken and Spinach\, and Cioccolate Calda (a thick Italian-style hot chocolate) to end the meal. \n*Taxes will be added to ticket price. Wine\, beer\, cider\, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
