In this hands-on virtual class over two consecutive Sundays\, we dive into the foundations of restaurant-level sauces and how to use them to build an incredible meal at home. \nSome dishes we’ll be making are: Seared Steak Bites with Quick Demi-Glaze\, Crispy Potatoes with Garlic Aioli\, Salted Caramel Dessert Sauce\, Honey-Soy Ginger Glazed Salmon\, Ginger Scallion Noodles\, Berry Coulis – and much more! \nClass dates and times: Sunday\, April 26th and Sunday\, May 3rd\, 4:00 – 5:30 pm \nSo how does this work?Within one week of each class\, our team will send you the recipes\, shopping list\, and Zoom link so you’ll have everything you need to whip up a chef-worthy meal in your own kitchen. Cook along with us in real time\, ask questions\, and learn some cool new things! \nPrice is per household connection.
