Join Schoolhaus as we explore this versatile staple and learn techniques that are bound to expand your kitchen arsenal. \nThis class features: Smoky Spanish Vegetable Stew w/ Garlic Crostini\, Butternut Squash & Swiss Chard Stew Topped w/ Rosemary-Scented Puff Pastry\, Moroccan Curried Stew\, Shepherd’s Stew w/ Sautéed Tofu\, White Bean\, “Green” & Kalamata Stew. \n*Taxes will be added to ticket price.
