In this class\, we will learn the basics of risotto and granita and give a fresh spin on osso bucco – with turkey! \nDishes include: Phyllo-Crusted Smoked Mozzarella Sticks with Honey & Fig\, Shaved Fennel Salad with Parsley and Pistachio Vinaigrette\, Mixed Mushroom Risotto\, Turkey Osso Bucco\, Cornmeal-Lemon Cookies\, and Strawberry-Mint Granita. \nPlease note that taxes will be added to ticket price. Beer\, wine\, cider\, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during class. \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
