DESCRIPTION:“Gong Hay Fat Choy!” Ring in the Lunar New Year with an abundant\, celebratory multi-course feast steeped in tradition\, symbolism\, and bold Cantonese flavours! \nIn this special-event class\, we’ll prepare a spectacular spread of dishes traditionally served to welcome prosperity\, longevity\, harmony\, and good fortune for the year ahead. Along the way\, you’ll learn the why behind the food – what each dish symbolizes and how it’s meant to be prepared and shared. What we’ll cook together: Poached Whole Chicken with Green Onion & Ginger Sauce\, Steamed Whole Fish with Ginger\, Scallions & Soy\, Cantonese Salt & Pepper Shrimp\, Longevity Yee Mein (E-Fu) Noodles\, Hand-Wrapped Pork Pot Stickers\, and Classic Egg Custard Tarts. \n*Price is per person.
