DESCRIPTION:Spice up your life with a taco night worth remembering! This bold\, flavor-packed class celebrates the diversity of Mexican street food\, where every dish is designed to be wrapped in a warm tortilla and devoured with joy. \nYou’ll learn to make tender Arrachera (citrus-marinated flank steak)\, garlicky Camarones al Mojo de Ajo (shrimp in garlic-lime butter)\, and smoky Rajas Poblanas (poblano strips with corn and queso fresco). No taco is complete without killer salsas\, so we’ll also make two from scratch: a rustic Salsa de Molcajete and a creamy\, tangy Salsa Verde with avocado. Of course\, we’ll press and griddle our own Corn Tortillas too. And to finish? A sweet\, creamy Arroz con Leche (Mexican rice pudding) spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
