Creole cuisine is known for French-influenced flavours and unlike it’s rustic brother Cajun cuisine\, it focuses on dishes that are richer and more sophisticated while maintaining many of the same ingredients. \nThis class features:  Boudin Balls with remoulade; Louisiana sunburst salad; chicken Clemenceau; Grits; Bread pudding with praline sauce \n  \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
