You’ll learn to create a spread of irresistible Chinese bites that are perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). We’ll be making crispy Salt & Pepper Squid\, Shrimp-Stuffed Eggplant\, Pork & Shrimp Siu Mei\, Green Onion Pancakes\, and Vegetable Spring Rolls. You’ll also cozy up with a comforting bowl of Pork & Preserved Duck Egg Congee.
