DESCRIPTION:BRAND NEW SERIES!  Travel through time with your taste buds! Each of these three classes will dive into a specific time period\, highlighting popular dishes\, ingredients\, and cooking techniques of the era. \nClass 1:  1920s/30s: pineapple upside down cake\, chicken a-la-king\, Waldorf salad\, rice pudding\, scalloped potatoes\, southern fried cabbage \nClass 2:  1940s/50s – brown sugar meatloaf\, corn fritters\, green bean casserole\, fried cornmeal mush\, Salisbury steak\, banana cream pie \nClass 3:  1960s/70s – funnel cake\, chicken kiev\, lemon chiffon cake\, ambrosia fruit salad\, scotch eggs\, crepes suzette\, apricot chicken \n  \nFor ages 8 – 14 \nThis is a THREE Thursdays class and runs from 5 – 8 pm on October 3rd\, 10th\, 17th \nTaxes will be added to class price. \nBookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you are unable to attend\, you may transfer your booking to another person. No exceptions\, please. \n
