We’ll be making classic sauces to accompany grilled meats\, exploring sweet and spicy flavours that will take your barbecueing to the next level. \nDishes include: Fresh bread\, mojo dipping sauce\, chimichurri sauce\, aji amarillo sauce\, grilled steak quarters\, chicken drumsticks\, bacon-wrapped chicken hearts\, fresh corn and ice cream with grilled pineapple and caramel sauce \n  \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
