Being in a landlocked province shouldn’t hamper our love of things from the ocean and this class will give us the skills to confidently cook them. \nThis class features: Asian noodle & scallop salad\, Mussels w/ spicy tomato-garlic sauce\, Stuffed whole fish in parchment w/ lemon-shallot butter\, and Steelhead trout chowder. \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
