DESCRIPTION:Successful cooking depends on building a foundation of good skills and what better way to begin than with “How to Use Your Knives 101″? We will start with basic chopping and move on to julienne\, chiffonade and brunoise – to name a few! This is not just a how-to class; we will also be creating a whole meal as well. So grab a trusty Chef’s knife and show us that you’re the SHARPEST in the class. \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions? Call our office at 306-543-2665 for more details about any of our classes.  Please note that we do our best to accommodate any allergies however some dishes may not be able to be altered. \n*Taxes will be added to ticket price. Wine and beer available for purchase during class. \nBookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class.
