DESCRIPTION:One of our favorite things about Italian food is getting together with friends and sharing lots of different dishes.  Let us show you some of the smaller dishes that you can make and share with everyone around you.  Variety is the spice of life. \nDishes include: \nAranci(rice balls) with marinara\, Eggplant bruschetta\, Broccoli Rabe and cannelloni bean fresh ricotta crostini\, Spiedini alla Romano (crusted bread baked with capers)\, Grilled polenta with fried cod mousse\, Bacon wrapped artichokes\, Pecorino flans with tomato sauce \nNot sure if this class meets your dietary restrictions?
