We will start with basic chopping and move on to julienne\, chiffonade and brunoise – to name a few! This is not just a how-to class; we will also be creating a whole meal as well. \nPlease note price includes a knife of your choice to take home. \n* Wine and beer available for purchase. \nGST will be added to class price. \nBookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class.
