DESCRIPTION:Every Sunday in November is “Cook the Book” day!  The instructor for each of these classes will pick one of his or her favourite cookbooks and we’ll be making five recipes from it.  Buy all five at once and save $25! \nNovember 1st is “Jerusalem: by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi.  Kim says\, “Both of the authors are from Jerusalem although now located and wildly popular in London England.  The book is a sort of homage to their childhood and the flavour of their home.  I bought this book when I was still living in Vancouver and it too brought some comfort into my tiny apartment kitchen when I was thinking about and missing home.  The dishes are warm and comforting and fairly familiar with just enough exotic spices and ingredients thrown in to the mix to get any foodies interest peaked!” \n*  Wine and beer available for purchase. \nGST will be added to class price. \nBookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class.
