DESCRIPTION:As the continuation to Modern Home Cook 101\, this 5-part class will delve into more advanced knife skills and advanced cooking techniques.  We will also begin to pair wines with our dishes. \nClass dates:  Tuesdays\, March 10th\, March 17th\, March 31st\, April 7th\, April 14th.  (no class on March 24th)\n \nPrerequisite:  Modern Home Cook 101 \nGST will be added to class price. \nBookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. If you are unable to attend\, you may transfer your booking to another person.
